To Finish First, First You Must Finish
How to unlock: Complete your first Grand Prix.
Complete the race to earn the trophy, regardless of your placement.
Your final placement is irrelevant.
Top Step
How to unlock: Win a Grand Prix.
They start off very strong and can already win on their own without any investment.
Pole Position
How to unlock: Qualify in pole position.
Comment: We recommend choosing the Ferrari or Red Bull Racing team in your career mode.
Their drivers have the best chance of qualifying in pole position.
On theQualifyingpagein theRacing weekendchapter you will find tips on how to complete them successfully.
It’s important to release your drivers onto a relatively empty and a well-rubbered track.
Drivers' Champion
How to unlock: Win the Drivers' Championship.
Develop and train the team throughout the season to keep up with your opponents.
Constructors' Champion
How to unlock: Win the Constructors' Championship.
Another One
How to unlock: Finish on the podium 10 times in one career.
They should be able to finish in the top three on a regular basis.
You don’t need to finish in the top three 10 times in the same season.
Your podium placements can be spread out over a few seasons / years.
Just verify you keep playing through the same career.
Had Your Porridge
How to unlock: Win 10 Grands Prix in one career.
Comment:This is a more difficult version of theAnother Onetrophy described above.
These 10 victories can span your entire career.
Settling In
How to unlock: Complete 5 Grands Prix in one career.
Comment:Simply play through five races in the 2022 season - the results don’t matter.
You should receive this trophyafter finishing the Miami GP.
Paddock Regular
How to unlock: Complete 10 Grands Prix in one career.
Comment:Simply play through ten races in the 2022 season - the results don’t matter.
You should receive this trophyafter finishing the Great Britain GP.
Race Strategist
How to unlock: Assign a race strategy.
This unlocks the trophy -you don’t actually need to race with the strategy assigned.
Facility Expansion
How to unlock: Build or upgrade a facility.
Comment:There’s a separate Facilities tab in the main menu.
You must now wait for the construction to finish- this can take a few in-game weeks.
You’ll receive the trophy once the game messages you about the work on the facility being completed.
State of the Art
How to unlock: Upgrade your design centre to the maximum level.
Your objective is to upgrade it to level 5.
All facilities carry over across seasons, so there’s no need to rush.
Fits Like a Glove
How to unlock: Fit a car part to your car.
Comment:You should alwayshave a free part when starting a new career - Suspension.
You’ll get the trophy right away.
Designer
How to unlock: Design a car part.
Comment:You’ll find the Design option in the cars tab in the main menu.
Regulator
How to unlock: Vote on a regulation change.
The achievement will be unlocked immediately.
Forward Thinker
How to unlock: Complete a car part research project for next season.
Note:This achievement is directly related to theRegulatortrophy above.
Only now will you be able toselect the Research tabfrom the car design menu.
Choose any field of research.
you should probably delegate at least 1 engineer to it and wait for the research project to end.
El Plan
How to unlock: Achieve the board’s season target.
Comment:This trophy is tied to the Board, the club’s owners and thus your higher-ups.
Visionary
How to unlock: Achieve a long-term board objective.
The Long-Term Objective is always different from the seasonal one.
Their long-term objective is to simply come up first in the Constructors' ranking.
The objectives may be more complex in case of some weaker teams and can span several seasons.
preserve your progress between races and repeat the failed ones.
Driving Master
How to unlock: Have a driver with 100 in any performance rating.
Comment: Each driver has attributed Performance Ratings(pictured above) you might check on their sheets.
Each of them can have a value of 0-100.
Your objective is toget any of the parameters up to 100.
Save the game beforehand to revert the changes after earning the trophy.
Select any of your drivers and click theScout for Replacementbutton.
Choose any driver from the list (we recommend a cheap one) andstart negotiating a contract.
Offering a high paycheck will make your offer more convincing.
Finallyclick the Hire button.
This also confirms you’ll cover the costs of replacing the driver.
Hiring a new driver unlocks the trophy.
Start 3 different projects and assign 6 engineers to each of them.
Eye for Talent
How to unlock: Scout a driver or staff member.
Comment:This trophy is similar to theDone Dealone, described earlier.
To earn it you mustScout for the perfect candidatebefore beginning negotiations.
Go to the drivers' menu and clickScout Drivers.
Select anyone from the list who’sOpen to Negotiation.
Then just wait for the results.
Well-Oiled Machine
How to unlock: Have your pit crew reach 100 in any performance rating.
Comment: you could manage your Pit Crew from theStaff tab.
Their skills increase throughout the season.

How to unlock: Score your first championship point.
