Meeting Valentina - the Arms Up quest
As a reminder,Arms Upis one of theVagabonds quests.
This quest will be given to you byBullettooth Anthonyafter you join this faction.
Valentina is in the Bakery building in Millwall- it is marked on the world map.
Talk to her and give her the key card received from Anthony.
Valentina can hack the card, but she needs specific crafting materials.
How to get Copper, Plastic and Circuitry?
you gotta collect specificitems classified as Junk.
They have a dedicated tab in the inventory.
The easiest way to obtain Copper and Circuitry is through Telephones.
Nadia sells telephones for 14 Tickets each.
Each telephone guarantees 1x Copper and 2x Circuitry.
Plastic can be obtained through Cafeteria Trays.
Nadia sells plastic trays for 6 Tickets each.
Each such item will give you 2x Plastic.
When talking to her,a new dialogue option should appear: “I got the components you needed.
“Valentina will collect the junk and extract the required materials herself.
If the dialogue option is missing, it means that you haven’t collected all necessary items yet.
If necessary, buy or find a second Telephone.
Where to use the Hacked Warehouse Key Card?
it’s possible for you to now focus on the main quest objective, i.e.
infiltratingthe warehouse in Kinoworld Cinema, owned by the Isle of Dogs Syndicate.
The key card should be used on the reader at the entrance door.
Alternatively, you might find a regular Warehouse Key Card on the body of one of the killed enemies.
However, it doesn’t offer any additional bonuses.
