Where to find an IODS Enforcer Captain?
We suggest exploring the area marked in the picture - the western part of Millwall.
Use the VATS system to identify opponents from a distance.
Be careful when you start fighting, because all the Syndicate enemies stationed in the area may join in.
Don’t get surrounded by too many enemies.
After killing one of the Sniffers, search their corpse to find anIODS Lapel Pin.
Each Sniffer has 1 Lapel Pin.
