Basic information about guerrilla hideouts
Guerrilla camps are some of thelargest allied locations in the game.
These hideouts are home to friendly rebels from various groups you’ll collaborate with to overthrow Anton Castillo.
The game switches to the TPP view in hideouts, but it doesn’t affect gameplay in any way.
Montero Farm - the Madrugada camp
Montero Farmis a rebel hideout found in theMadrugadaregion.
It’s unlocked by finishing theMeet the Monterosoperation, the first main quest in this region.
Note - you’re able to tackle all three camp-unlocking quests immediately after completing the prologue.
Patriotas Peak - the El Este camp
Patriotas Peakis a rebel hideout found in theEl Esteregion.
It’s unlocked by finishing theMeet the Legendsoperation, the first main quest in this region.
It’s unlocked by finishing theMeet Maximas Matanzasoperation, the first main quest in this region.
Unfortunately, it doesn’t offer as many features as other camps.
All such locations are marked with blue icons on the world map.
You don’t need to go to the hideout to check for available quests.
The quest icons should appear on the world map next to the hideout icon.
All hideouts havevehicle and mount pick-up pointsnearby, which can be used to easily get a new transport method.
Successfully completing Los Bandidos operations rewards you with unique equipment, Pesos or rare crafting materials.
Both mini-games are described on a separate page of the guide.
Special operations are long missions it’s possible for you to replay multiple times.
They all task you with retrieving a bio-weapon container and bringing it to the area’s starting point.
you’ve got the option to find the desks in each one of the three main guerrilla bases.
Their main use isbuying new facilities.
By doing so you’re free to unlock new objects and new NPCs offering unique services.
you might only build up to 2 facilities in each camp.
Fortunately, you don’t need to worry about missing out on any bonuses they offer.
On top of that it lets youunlock new hideouts.
You’ll also be able to findlaptopson the outskirts of hostile FND bases.
Interacting with them tags all security systems, making it easier to take the bases over.
- Fishing Hut- This could interest you if you’d like to try some fishing.

The fishing hut lets you acquiregear and buffs used for fishing.
You’ll also be able to purchase info regardingfishing spots, making it easier to hunt for specific fish.
They’re not free and require you to use meat gained from hunted animals or caught fish.
Additionally you’ll also be able to gainmore Lost Bandidos recruitsfor the aforementioned Los Bandidos operations.
- Hunter’s Lodge- This could interest you if you’d like to try some hunting.
The lodge lets youacquire gear and buffs used for hunting.
