Just like in previous games, you need tofertilize your field twiceto maximize the yields from harvesting.
Fertilizing twice is optimal (each time you fertilize the field, your yields increase by 23%).
This can’t be done, however, when the plant is already ready to be harvested.
Double fertilizing at once
FS22introduces the possibility offertilizing the field two times at once.
This option is only available for natural fertilizers.
When to fertilize?
you’re free to fertilize the soil before or after plowing / cultivating / sowing.
you might also do it while the plants are growing but before they’re ready to be harvested.
