Another page of the Final Fantasy 7 Remake guide describes Chapter 10-Rough Waters.
At the very beginning, you’ll wake up and you’ll be able to approach Aerith or Tifa.
Your choice matters and will determine which cutscene you see in Chapter14.
Then the boss - Abzu - shows up and it’s crucial that you defeat this monster.
This boss fight is described in a separate chapter of the guide.
Move on and fight monsters - scissorclaws, veterans, etc.
Use it and retreat to the dark tunnels on the sides - lower the water level using the switches.
Then go down the ladder below to find Key to the sewers, among other things.
Now go down to the empty tank, defeat the monsters and come out on the other side.
Continue along the dam.
Three successes and you will be able to move on.
The way forward includes fighting other monsters like Sahagin and Blugu.
When you get to the ladder, you watch the cutscene and the chapter is over.
