This page has a trophy guide to Final Fantasy 7 Remake.

Say It With Flowers
How to unlock: take the flowers to Aerith.
Summon Slayer
How to unlock: complete VR missions.
Comment: you’re free to do this in Chapter 8.
You have to go to Chadley - he will give you new assignments.
Sultan of Squat
How to unlock: complete the Burning Thighs task.
Comment: complete this side mission in Chapter 9.
Dancing Queen
How to unlock: get the highest score during the dance.
Comment: you’ve got the option to do this in Chapter 9.
Remember to save the game before you roll it, in case you fail.
Returning Champion
How to unlock: complete the sparring.

Comment: you’re able to do this in Chapter 9.
Snappy Dresser
How to unlock: choose an outfit for Tifa.
Comment: you will get the trophy in Chapter 9.
However, the choice itself takes place in Chapter 3 duringAlone at Last - discoveries.
Dressed to the Nines
How to unlock: choose outfits for all three characters.
Comment: you get the trophy after choosing the outfit for Tifa, Aerith and Cloud.
Whack-a-Box Wunderkind
How to unlock: complete the Whack-a-Box task.
Comment: you will receive the trophy after completing the task in Chapter 14.
Peeress of Pull-Ups
How to unlock: complete the Wavering Heart task.
Divine Gratitude
How to unlock: pick up the letter.
Comment: you get the letter after completing 24 side missions.
You will pick it up in Chapter 14.
The Johnny Experience
How to unlock: save Johnny five times.
Comment: this trophy is connected with a few side missions.
Complete them, and you will unlock this trophy in Chapter 14.
Staggering Feat
How to unlock: inflict 300% damage on a staggered enemy.
Comment: you have to do this either on normal or hard difficulty.
You must first stagger an enemy and then inflict as much damage as possible using a variety of abilities.
Comment: to get this trophy, you have to go through the game twice.
it’s possible for you to complete only 24 side missions on your first playthrough.
Disc Jockey
How to unlock: collect all discs.
Comment: you have to find all the collectibles.
Intelligence Agent
How to unlock: complete all Battle Intel Reports.
Comment: to get this trophy, you have to do all 5 side missions from Chadley.
Weapons Expert
How to unlock: get all weapon upgrades.
Comment: our guide has several pages on the development and leveling up weapons.

Comment: another fight available only on high difficulty.

Hardened Veteran
How to unlock: complete the game on high difficulty.
Comment: you unlock this difficulty by finishing the game on normal.
