At the very beginning of the game, Freddy will show you possible means of escaping from the complex.
One of them is found in The Prize Counter,an area on the top floor of the Atrium.

Unfortunately, the main door to this room is also locked.
Your best bet is to stick to the wall on the left.
Moreover, there are numerous slot machines here that can be used as cover.
Once you are there, you gotta pick up the Security Badge.
As soon as you do this, the alarm will go off.
Freddy will be able to turn it off, but it will take three minutes.
Of course, Monty and Roxy will continue to patrol the area - staying undetected is a must.
Your objective is the elevator found in the area.
The quest ends once you reach it.
