The main objective of this mission is to find the Vault Key on the planet Nekrotafeyo.
You are going to participate in numerous battles.
As for stronger enemies, you will “only” face a few mini-bosses like General Truant.
you oughta get to the Vault on Nekrotafeyo - go toThe StaininDesolation’s Edgeregion.
Prepare yourself - you will face multiple Malawan soldiers.
Their elimination should be a priority.
At the end of this path, you will have to eliminate two strong mechs -Dark HopliteandValkyrie.
It is better to attack them one at a time and be on the move to avoid their attacks.
Further passage is blocked with a force field.
Step back and climb on the nearby roof to see the objects behind the active yellow force field.
One of them isthe generatormarked in the picture above - shoot it with any weapon.
Deal with a new group of enemies and go to the bridge - it will get destroyed.
you gotta follow an alternate route - go towards the new mission marker.
This location is farther away - use your vehicle to get there faster.
Unfortunately, your vehicle won’t be able to drive all the way to the destination - leave it.
The passage is blocked by vegetation - get close to a “barricade” and use a melee attack.
In this area, you will face numerous Guardian forces.
Eliminate the Possessed variants first.
Head towards the glowing red pyramid-like structure.
After jumping down to the lower level, you will face a mini-boss -General Trount.
General Trount wears a huge armor.
a rocket launcher or a sniper rifle) to quickly end this fight.
As in the previous encounter with Captain Trount, the central arena is surrounded by upper balconies.
The boss’s minions will appear regularly.
Deplete his blue bar first.
Then, you’re free to start depleting his red health bar.
Upon defeat, General Traunt will drop credits, Eridium, and random loot.
EnterThe Knight of Glasstemple and defeat more Maliwan troops.
Take theEridian Crystaland place it in the indicated place.
You have to defeat another mini-boss,Lieutenant Prestonwho is just another opponent in Heavy armor.
Pick up theEridian Crystaldropped by Preston and go to the place marked by the game.
Use the keyboard, watch the cut-scene and then use the elevator’s panel.
You reachPenitence and Light.
Head to the Vault.
Defeat a few Guardians and jump into the big hole to reach the cave’s bottom levels.
ReachAn Eternal Silenceand defeat all enemies.
Focus your fire on the toughest opponents - Herald.
Also, you will have to defeat a Berserker.
After the battles, press the button to activate the eridian teleporter.
Get with Typhon toThe Blind Milllocation.
In the place marked by the game, interact with the tombstone.
After Typhon has responded, wait for the opportunity to take theVault Key.
Go through the illusion again and return to the area where you could place the key on the pedestal.
A portal will open up to theVault of the Serpent.
You will receive xp and credits.
Also, a new major story mission will be unlocked calledIn the Shadow of Starlight.
