This applies to bothStoryandUtopia buildermodes.
The detailed selection of the difficulty level is available right away when selecting a scenario chapter.
In Utopia builder mode, simplyclick the gear icon in the “Difficulty Level” table.
Can the difficulty level be changed during the game?
