This option refers to time-limited sequences.
If you unlock the simplified controls option, none of the sequences will be limited in time.

Aim Assist
One of the more obvious options.
This feature increases the precision of your aiming cause the game will automatically target nearby enemies.
Projectile Indicator
The last option worth checking is the projectile indicator.
