A quest marker should automatically appear on the map.
Findthe entrance to the buildingshown in the picture above and go inside.
Examine the rooms on the first floor.
In one of them you’ll find the quest giver -Old Man Concerned About Water.
This will make the corruption disappear and will unlock access to the bathhouse.
On your way, you will encounter another blockade.
Use Spectral Vision to locate the core and perform any ranged attack to destroy it.
you could optionally look around the bathhouse for secrets and other loot.
