A quest marker should automatically appear on the map.
The quest giver is theMan Concerned About Woman.
Find the rokurokubi
To search for the creature, go south from the quest’s starting point.
There is a ladder at the end of it (using spectral vision can help you locate it).
Climb it onto the roof.
Rokurokubi will no longer run away.
Approach the levitating yokai and hold the absorb button.
You will get magatama and the quest will end.
More rokurokubi and other yokai markers will appear on the world map as you progress through the game.
