Remember to collect all the collectibles in chapter 10 in one go.

Then start going further.

Using the wind power will expose theparasitic organismfrom picture 1, which you oughta shoot with blasters.
This will reveal the passage to the secret location.

You’ll find the secret on a rock shelf above the area where you recently fought.

Keep going along the right side of the cave.
