You will find it regardless of the chosen option - selling Rocket or Groot.
Nova Corps
This outfit can be found as a secret inChapter 7.
Hero of Halfworld
This outfit can be found as a secret inChapter 10.
The Smuggler
This outfit can be found as a secret inChapter 12.
The Stinger
This outfit can be found as a secret inChapter 13.
Golden Guardians
You will get this outfit automatically as you progress through the game.
