The audio log is next to the wrecked truck - look for it next to one of the roads.
Spartan Core 1
The core is locatedon a hill southwest of the excavation site.
you could obtain it at any time, even before you embark to sabotage the laser drill.
Jump down to the bottom and look in the vicnity of the rocks.
activate the large laser drill.
You have to use one of the gravity elevators to get todrill interior.
The wanted audio log is at the end of the main corridor inside this large structure.
