Unfortunately, there is no path leading there.
You will have to deal with a long and complicated climb.
It reduces the launchere’s cooldown by 40%.
It’s very helpful in climbing.
We recommend getting the skull after completingThe Towermain mission.
It becomes possible after making enough progress in the story.
Start withsetting up in front of the tower.
See picture 1 to reference the best starting point for the climb.
We’ve highlighted the destination the roof of the tower.
Use the rope launcher when climbing the tower’s giant supports.
The climbing route will become increasingly steep.
The most challenging part is near the top.
After that, just proceed ahead.
The skull itself is not hidden.
This will allow you to land on the roof of the Tower.
