Both of these disguises, despite significant differences in appearance, feature similar powers.

Toss a coin (or sabotage the fuse box inside the building) to distract the enemy gaucho.
After he gets closer, eliminate him quietly.
Throw his body through the open window, hide it in the closet and put on the gaucho disguise.
Mercenary
The mercenary disguise is the best one in this mission.
it’s possible for you to take a mercenary outfit from one of the mercenaries on the map.
Sneak into the parking lot, walk a bit west and then turn north.
Head towards the trailer and climb onto its roof.
From the trailer, jump down to the adjacent garden (point 12 on the map).
It can take some time for the mercenary to reach the garden, so be patient.
you might leave the mercenary’s body in the tall grass.
There is a storage room in the corner - explore it.
it’s possible for you to also choose the waiter outfit when starting a mission.
The alternate starting location will be unlocked after you reach at least level 7 Mastery in Mendoza.
