The next collectible is in the broom shop, opposite the Ollivanders shop.
You will get access to the shop only after unlocking the first broom.
Use the Revelio spell at the broom wall and read the note.
Use Lumos to find out where the moth is.
Use the normal offensive spell and get the insect back into the frame.
Use Accio to catch this page flying among the trees.
