You’ll obtain the mask during one of the main quests -The Sea of Sands.
It tasks you with exploring the buried ruins of Las Vegas in the southern area of the world map.
DuringThe Sea of Sandsquest Aloy will meet some allies who’ll help her acquire the Diving Mask blueprint.
After obtaining the parts necessary for making it you’ll be able tocraft the maskat any workbench.
The mask will immediately come in handy for exploring the large flooded building underneath ruined Las Vegas.
