This is a special activity that reveals a sizable portion of the map.

You must use the boat you receive during the quest.

Then head inside and investigate the two empty spaces.
Aloy will immediately discover that the Tallneck is missing parts which are necessary for it to function.
Collecting the parts
After scanning the Tallneck, you will need to collect the two parts.
It’s not difficult.
Then jump on it and climb to the top.
You most likely won’t fall off as long as you don’t make any sudden movements.
Next, turn to the right.
Jump over to the final section of the ruins and search through the pile of items.
You will find one of the parts you need here.
Afterwards, jump into the water and swim to the next ruins.
You may come across an opponent in this area.
The best way to eliminate them effectively is to aim straight for their weak spot, the stomach.
after you grab safely reached the top, it’s time to search the next pile of items.
There you will find the second required part.
It’s not difficult.
However, we recommend the location marked above.
From there, you’re free to easily jump on the Tallneck.
You only need to make one confident jump once the mechanical animal is near you.
Then climb to its top to complete this activity.
Once you’re at the top, finish the activity.
This will allow you to see a good portion of the island uncovered on the map.
