This page of the guide toHorizon Forbidden Westexplains how to get The Bill ornament.
You will find these ruins just off the shore.
You simply need to head not far south of theRanger Refuge Tallneck.
Start the quest in the location shown in the screenshot above.
You’ll find it in the northeastern part of the ruins (as seen on the map).
This jump isn’t difficult because there is a hill underneath it that you could run onto.
Move to the right along the yellow elements.
It’s hard to fall from here, so you shouldn’t find yourself in any trouble.
The yellow elements lead to the very end of the wall.
At the end, you will see a wall covered with crystals.
At this point in the storyline, you should already have the igniter necessary to break through the wall.
Remember to step away after using this tool.
Otherwise, your character might get hurt by the exploding crystals.
Now, you have to pull the lever that in the cracked wall.
This will cause a yellow element to appear, which will allow you to jump higher.
You will see the first crate.
Jump to it and push it off, or pull it off with the pullcaster.
Any method will do.
You just need to get the crate onto the sand.
You won’t be able to continue pushing the crate once it’s in the water.
Pull the crate from the opposite bank until it reaches you.
Then push the crate into the elevator.
Once you’ve put the crate in the elevator, climb the stairs to the top.
You’ll find a charged battery there - take it out and go back downstairs.
Put the battery in the mechanism at the elevator to start it.
Ride the elevator to the top.
We’ve showed this place in the picture above.
Climb up using the yellow elements.
That way you get to the top.
The next task is fairly simple.
You must fly behind the wall to the location of the crate.
Use the Shieldwing to do this.
There is no other way to get there.
You’ll see another wall with crystals.
Use the igniter to get rid of it.
You need this passage to continue exploring the ruins.
Push the crate through the passage and drop it onto the floor below.
Next, you have to push the crate into the elevator.
Don’t ride to the top, though.
For now, your task is not related to the crate.
Look to the left and up.
You have a pull point there; use it to jump up.
You now have to do a few, very simple last things.
There you will find the ornament and complete the ruins.
