Eridian Slabs with Eridian Writing can be right from the start.
Their appearance may vary depending on the planet on which they were found.
They are always marked with the same icon on the map screen.
At first, you won’t be able to do anything with them.
Do not waste time trying to interact with a slab.
However, this doesn’t mean that finding Eridian Writing is meaningless.
Once you are inside the Vault, get to the pedestal and take theEridian Analyzer.
From now on, you could translate Eridian Writing.
Reach an Eridian Slab and press the interact button (Translate action).
Each interaction gives 25 Eridium and you will be able to listen to the audio recordings.
