Fallout Londonis a massive mod based on theFallout 4engine.
How to install a mod on GOG?
InstallingFallout Londonrequires the basic version ofFallout 4in the GOTY edition (with all expansions).
Here’s how it goes:

How to install a mod on Steam?
This operation activates the command console in your Steam window.
Your task will now be to download all individualFallout 4 GOTYfiles, but in the pre-patch version.
By default it should be:C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\content\app_377160.
Each downloaded packageshould be placed in a separate folders.
If the system asks you what to do with repeated files,let it overwrite them.
once you nail collected all the files in one place,open your installation folder fromFallout 4 GOTY.
By default, it should be located in:C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common\Fallout 4.
If the entire operation was successful,you have just reconstructed the pre-update version of the game.
kick off the GOG GALAXY launcher and downloadFallout London.
How to change graphics tweaks?
Once you start the base game,you will see the game’s launcher.
There go to the"Options"tab.
From now on, the changes you make will be implemented inFallout Londonthe next time you execute the mod.
