Fort Kah’Lin is a location on the planet Koboh in the game.
On subsequent visits, you’ve got the option to use fast travel to get there.

Watch out, as there are many enemies in the area.
With the fissure behind you, go left until you reach a small bridge.
Behind the bridge there is a balloon that you could use to reach the upper floor.
After landing on the shelf,go to the building on the left.
The databank entry is there.
During the conversation, choose the option saying lack of trust.
Defeat the Spawn of Oggdo.
Once the area is clear, you might collect the treasure.
Use them to climb down.
After reaching the bottom, approach the edge of the platform.
The plant is there.
Seed Pod #2 - Goldenlight Moss
Jump down and proceed to the areawhere the stream ends.
You will find another plant.
Seed Pod #3 - Goldenlight Moss
Keep to the stream but go the opposite direction.
After a while you will come across another plant.
