After descending a level, another battle awaits you.
The treasure is located directly across from where you landed.

How to leave Moldy Depths?
To get out of Moldy Depths,you’re gonna wanna mount a Nekko.
One is located in the area.
Bring it to the gate marked in the screenshots above.
Now all you have to do is climb to the very top and thus return to the outside.
