Then go down the stairs and activate the nearbyMedBay.
Now go out onto the streets and head towards the bridge toDocklands.
Then use the elevator and initiate the gate from the inside to unlock the shortcut.
Cross the road and move down the stairs.
Below, on the right across the river, you will see your target:Jericho Seaside Court.
Get inside the building.
You’re safe inside.
Here, you could find:
Talk to Eli on the top floor of the room.
Then go down to the floor below where the door toPort Nixonwill be unlocked.
