You will fight him in the mission Taro’s Regret.
You’ll encounter it during the Taro’s Regret main mission.
Mage, as its name suggests, mainly uses magical attacks.
It also constantly summons regular enemies to fight you off.
Attacking them rewards you with Courage, making it easier for you to get close to the boss.
It’s important to have Courage.
The only way to stop this move is using Rot and stunning the boss.
You should always have at least a single Courage when the boss' health gets low.
