You will obtain this achievement when you get all Spirit Mails.
The Spirit Mails are messages scattered throughout the game world.
Thanks to them, it’s possible for you to access previously inaccessible areas of the game world.
The Village
Underneath the platform there will be a boulder.
Throw a bomb at it to create a passage for Rot.
Then, while controlling Rot, hit the upward platform that it subsides into the ground.
This will raise the water level.
Wait a minute, then swim toward the wooden footbridge.
There you will find a Spirit Mail.
