The citizen will send you to one of the laboratories.
Exit the door on the right and follow the corridor straight ahead.
Then turn right and enter the laboratory.
The character at the table will let you know where it’s possible for you to find Rala De.
Then take a taxi and visit the Jedi Temple.
Rala De will talk to one of the young Jedi adepts.
Run out of the temple and shoot down the fugitive.
Then, approach him and follow the instructions on the screen to deliver Rala De to the quest giver.
Finally, return to the city of Tipoca to collect your prize.
