Scomp Link- there is a workbench in Weathered Monument (Zeffo) with the upgrade.
Slice: Security Droid- after releasing the Wookies on Kashyyyk, you will get to the Imperial Refinery.
There you will get the upgrade.
Powered Zipline- you will get it during the exploration ofTomb of Miktrull.
