Prisoners Emancipation is an optional quest on Kalthertz island.
To complete it, you must free three prisoners and deliver information from them to the quest giver.
The prisoners appear in two rooms in the building, on an elevated platform, every few dozen seconds.
Just interact with them to initiate the prisoner buyout offer window.
Each has a different buyout price - they range from300-1800Pirate Coins.
They’re not worth paying over 300/600 PC.Changing channels will help you find cheap prisoners.
In the northernmost room, two prisoners outside of the platform will also be trapped in cages.
However, you may also find theIsland Soul ofthe island this way.
