4th Kappa
4th Kappa is located in the River, in the Bar District.
Talk to the man and help him retrieve the fishing rod using the left analogue stick.
5th Kappa
5th Kappa is located on the field in the North Jinnai Station district.
6th Kappa
Return to the homeless camp and listen to the conversation between the 2 men.
You will learn that Kappa was sold at the pawn shop.
Head to Banten Pawn and purchase a statue.
7th Kappa
After finding the 6 statues, go to the Yokohama 99 office.
7th Kappa will be lying on the couch.
