Open it and orderTommy to wear the disguise.
Return to Sam and follow him towards the steamer entrance.
Once aboard, the ship will sail away and you have to continue the mission while being at sea.
Tommy can talk to a few different sailors.
Ask any of them about the janitor’s whereabouts.
Talk to the janitor.
Go down to the lower level of the steamer.
You find the janitor in theengine room.
Right next the door liesthe keyneeded to bring up the toilet door.
Find the gun
Return to the next level and head towards thetoilet.
Thankfully, the opponent doesn’t poses any additional or special skills.
After knocking out the thug, initiate the toilet and retrieve therevolver.
Find a vantage point
Use the next stairs to reach the top deck of the steamer.
Go at the opposite end of the steamer to reach thevantage point.
Notice the podium from which Ghillotti will be making a speech.
Escape to speedboat
You have to go in the opposite direction.
You will come across some mobsters.
While attacking the first group of gangsters, verify you don’t get too close to the fireworks.
You have to keep breaking through the entire steamer.
Head for the lower decks and take every opportunity along the way to take cover.
Ultimately, you oughta get to the location shown in the attached screenshot.
Get rid of the opponents in the area and quickly run to therailings.
Tommy will automatically jump over it and land on the speedboat.
A successful escape from the steamer will complete this mission.
