However, there are a number of rules that a plot must meet for the upgrade to be available.
As your settlement grows, more storage room for resources and goods will be needed.
How to level up a church?
Church will bene of the most important buildings in your settlement.
You need it to improve Burgage plots and increase villager approval.
The church can also be upgraded, from wooden to stone.
An improved church doubles the settlers approval.
You also need it to upgrade Burgage plots to their maximum third level.
