You are disarmed and send to the boat.

Enter the building, fight the mutants and move towards the yellow paint.
Then head up the stairs.
Go outside and then walk on the scaffolding.
Again, pay attention to the yellow paint - it shows you where to go next.
You come across a pipe - go down it.
Keep fighting the mutants until you finally get to the Captain.
Slowly head to the building with the sniper.
Collect ammo and kill enemies, then enter the building.
Keep moving up and defeat more bandits.
Finally, you knock down the door and defeat the enemy during a QTE scene.
Take the sniper rifle upgrades and return to the Captain.
Watch a long cut-scene.
At the end of it, you will reach the man’s apartment.
