Bag Crafting is related to theArmorsmithingskill and takes place atOutfitting Stationin the settlement.
Depending on the quality of the bag, better quality raw materials will be required.
In addition to the above materials for crafting, you also need theRune of holding.
you might buy them from your faction.
It does not matter which faction inNew Worldyou work with - each has the same runes.
