How to join a faction?
Joining a faction inNew Worldis very simple and happens during one of the first main missions.
Said quest is calledChoose Your Allegianceand you receive it around Level 10.
Which faction is the best?
It’s a good idea to join the currently strongest faction.
A specific color in a given territory means said territory was taken over by one of the factions.
When a faction takes over a territory, its members gain various bonuses while in the area.
These could include fast travel discounts, lower taxes or cheaper houses.
By joining the strongest faction on the server, you’ll get to use the largest amount of bonuses.
What does the faction choice affect?
Their armor and weapons look different, but their stats remain unchanged.

How to change your faction?
