How to adjust skills in the character creator?
When starting the scenario inNorland, your first task will be to define your noble family.
Each of the available family templates hasthe same number of available talents as the family members.
Each noble can havea maximum of 2 talents.
Also remember thata child has a chance to inherit talents from his parents.
How to develop skills?
There aretwo main waysyou can develop your stats.
The simplest and almost automatic way is to simply engage the lord in activities related to a given statistic.
A much more dynamic activity leading to skill development isdirect learning of skills from other characters.

Finally,choose a teacherwho will impart knowledge to the student.
Little lords receivetwice as many experience points during lessons.
Manners
The first main skill isManners.
Interest is an indicator reflecting the relationship between two nobles.
Manners also influencethe quality and effectiveness of deep conversations, which are one of the basic diplomatic tools.
A significant disparity in the Manners factor can adversely affect the relationship between two characters.
Trade
The Trade level directly affects the prices of goods bought and sold.
This applies to both transactions with the Holy Caravan and agreements between kingdoms.
The prices of some services also change, an example of which isthe cost of renting a freelance lord.
Therefore, if you planto base your game on economic domination, this factor should be your priority.
Persuasion
An extremely important statistic,especially for the king.
It affectsthe power of persuasion and determines the chance of influencing the actions of other characters.
Persuasion should bethe dominant feature of the ruler of your kingdom.
When passing the crown on, verify that the new king also has this skill highly developed.
Intelligence
TheIntelligenceindicator determinesthe sharpness of your lord’s mind.
It affects, among others:
High Intelligence also increases the chance ofinsight, i.e.
the spontaneous appearance of new knowledge in the lord’s head.
Management
This skill determinesthe amount of the production bonus when giving orders in workplaces.
Teaching
It affects the amount of experience a student will gain while teaching.
It’s importantto keep track of this statistic, especially for guests staying at your court.
Combat
Combat skills come into play when two armies clash.
The discrepancy in the combat stats of both leaders will determinehow frequently warriors from both sides will land blows.
Command
Affectsthe morale of the armyandthe effectiveness of combat training conducted in the kingdom.
