You unlock these secrets when looking for sick Mudokons.
In addition to discovering another Secret Area, it’s possible for you to also get a Royal Jelly.
The Secret Area is located in an unlit spot to the left of one of the Story Stones.
Secret Area 7
This Secret Area can be found soon after unlocking the one described above.
Abe must reach the partially obscured area from the above image.
This takes place shortly after using the new elevator.

Both secrets can be found during theFirst Flame Test.
Secret Area 9, Royal Jelly 4
These secrets are also acquired during theFirst Flame Test.
On the other side, you will find a Secret Area and a Royal Jelly.
The collectible is obtained in a location where you have to make a leap of faith.
