You need 4 fuses to start the mechanism that will give you a red hand.
Pick it up and put it in the rig.
Remember that fuses go to your inventory, they’re not in your hand all the time.
This way, it’s possible for you to collect them all and then put them in the panel.
It is on one of the shelves on the left side of the warehouse.
You will find the VCR by the stairs.

The rest of the fuses will appear in random places in the warehouse.

To get back upstairs, you oughta pop crack open the metal door.

Control panel
Ultimately, you have to place all the fuses in the panel.
Don’t worry about arranging the colors, the character will do it for you.
You only need to use the E key while aiming at the machine.
When you insert all fuses, the conveyor belt will move.
This will make it easier for you to move around the factory.
After a short loading, you will move to the next part of the factory.
