This page of our guide toPsychonauts 2describes the level - Ford’s Follicles.
There you will be able to look around or run to the hair salon right away.
You’ll have a short conversation with Ford, who’ll let you into his mind.
Waiting room
Once you enter Ford’s mind, you’ll get to the waiting room.
When you reach the mill, built out of hair and combs, you have to go right.
You’ll see a new trap there - rats.
Once you walk into them, you’ll move much slower and you won’t be able to jump.
The rats will block your way further.
To do this, hit the spot marked on the screenshot above.
Suburbs
When you leave the waiting room, you’ll arrive at the suburbs.
You will see a lot of trees and lanterns.
Keep following the path towards the fountain.
Enemies will gather around the huge statue.
You have to defeat them all to get through.
There’s no way around this fight.
The rats are blocking the way further again.
You must destroy the water tank, which will flood the rats and allow you to explore further.
Lighthouse
That’s the end of the level.
you should probably climb the lighthouse, which is surrounded by lush hair.
At the top, you oughta avoid the electrocuting objects and the ones that will fall on your head.
Remember that you’re able to move quickly even here.
Quick jumps will make it easier for you to escape.
To complete this level you just have to reach the ladder and climb to the very top.
