Once you get close to your destination,the villagers will start attacking.
You have to hide in the house and prepare to defend yourself against the villagers.
Note - Reaching the house in chapter 5 is the point of no return in the Village, i.e.
you will not be able to freely explore it and get collectibles from this point on.
Go there from the farm side once you are ready.
This is the only method to permanently keep villagers from passing through a given window.
Prioritize enemies who have got inside the building, as they can damage or grab you.
You must defend until new yellow Wooden Planks (dropped by enemies)appear.
Use them to barricade the two remaining shutters on the ground floor and kill the last enemies.
Run there and kill enemies that are already on the upper floor.
The first ladderis by the opposite window.
The second ladderis on the balcony on the right.
Return regularly to both places to drop the ladders after the villagers put them up again.

You don’t have to kill all the enemies in the house.
Defeating the Brute will trigger acut-scene of the heroes' escape.
This will end chapter 5.
