To find this key, you must solve all thepuzzles in Village Chief’s Manor.

You must use the key rightat the beginning of Chapter 3ofRE4 Remake.
Opening this door is the only way to push the story forward.
The door you are looking for is located in the eastern part of this location.
You must also open them in Chapter 3.
Go through the tunnel to end up on the other side of the obstacle.
However, watch out for enemies in the area.
