The terminal is initially locked, and Leon himself will remarkthat a Wrenchwill be needed to unlock it.
Once you got it, enter the inventory andinstall the Biosensor Scope on one of the compatible weapons.
In the example from the screenshot, we chosen to load the scope on SR M1903 rifle.
you’ve got the option to now return to the Overwrite Terminal anduse the Wrenchon it.
One obstacle is taken care of.
you could nowuse Level 2 Keycardon the terminal.
Once the Overwrite Terminal completes the task,return to it to pick up Level 3 Keycard.
you’ve got the option to immediately use the card on the nearby gate.
