Before defeating Bayle the Dread, you must go to Moore and receiveBlack Syrupfrom him.
You must then give this item to Thiollier to make Thiollier’s Concoction.

when you’ve got received it, go to theGrand Altar of Dragon Communion at night.
The priestess will pray to Placidussax.
Talk to her andgive her Thiollier’s Concoction.
Then wait one whole day and talk to her again.
You will receiveDragonbolt of Florissaxincantationas a reward.
When this happens, she will reply that she will follow you.
You will getAncient Dragon Florissaxspirit ashes.
