Investigating the body
After talking to the Lord, you might examine the woman’s body.
Desk and table
There’s a huge desk right by the front door.
Several letters are on top of on it, including a notice from the police station.

Seance room
After examining the body and the room, you must go to Luka.
Start by going down to the reception desk and getting the key.

Importantly, Luka will not notice your presence.

Then combine “Chemical Operations” with the unknown substance.
This will give you the final result.
Talking to the medium
During your conversation with Luka, you have to look at him.
You have a choice between arresting him and helping him escape.
Your decision will end this part of the game.
Whatever decision you make, you will receive the Diamond in the Rough achievement.
