There you’ll talk to guests, meet your old acquaintance and examine the another murder victim.
For completing the quest, you will get an achievement called “Rumor Has It…”.
Starting the mission
The mission will begin at home after you examineCabinet of Curiosities.
The mantion is located in the northern part of Grand Saray.
You’ll have no trouble getting in through the main entrance.
There are no other doors that will allow you to enter the building.
Inside, immediately go to the room with the violet light.
Verner Vogel is waiting for you there, and he’ll give you a key to a special room.
Achievement - Rumour Has It…
When you talk to Verner, you will receive a new challenge from Jon.
He wants you to eavesdrop on several people in the manison.
Victim
It’s time to use the key and go behind the white door.
You will enter a huge room, where you immediately spot a corpse of a man.
Get close to the body and examine it thoroughly.
After checking them, also look at the signs on the walls.
After examining the crime scene, proceed to the next room.
This is an elegant smoking lounge, where you will find a small table full of evidence.
First, use the Concentration Mode and examine the hanger with no robe hanging on it.
Then examine the first desk, the one with a mirror.
You will find:
You will see the sink and the water jug by the exit.
It’s time to get back to the other desk.
There are clothes with bloody stains hidden there.
There’s one more thing you gotta do before the reconstruction - talking to Vogel.
Start at the door.
There, an unknown individual tampers with the lock in the door.
The next scene will be in front of the victim.
An unknown person stabs a knife into the man’s chest.
Then move to the smoking lounge.
After arranging the scenes, it’s time to move on to the next room.
There, an unknown individual washes his hands at the sink and then changes clothes in the closet.
Vogel
After the reconstruction, it’s time to talk to the man who invited you.
The only thing it’s possible for you to talk to him about is the key.
Further events are going to take place at the Police Station.
