Under the town hall, you’ll find the first place you gotta inspect.
Activate the Focus Mode.

After inspecting Sherlock, you’ll remember what you were doing there.
A stand will appear in the middle which you’re gonna wanna investigate.

Stay a bit longer next to the politician.
