Otherworld Brookhaven Hospital is the sixth area in Silent Hill 2 Remake.

How to get a lapis key?
After a fairly long cut-scene, go forward and pick upthe mapfrom the wheelchair.

Then return to themain roomand use the key on thebound chest.
How to get the combination for the iron padlock?
Headsouthfrom the main room.
Enter thetoiletand squeeze through the small window to theroom L1.
From there, go to theroom M1, where on the wall you will find aclock.
It only has one clock hand, so start rearranging it.
You now need to go toroom M2.
You will get there by enteringroom M3anddestroying the cracked wall.
In room M2 you will find apage from a calendar, with aniron padlockdrawn on it.
This is ahintfor the correct combination.
So the correct combination is1622.
How to get the combination for the electronic lock?
Head along the corridorto the eastfrom the central room.
Get through the laundry room toroom L2andmove the wardrobeblocking the door.
Go to theobservation roomnext door and pick up thekey to the director’s officenext to the turned on TV.
Go to thedirector’s officeand climb the ladder to thethird floor.
Go back to the electroshock machine and turn it on.
The current will burn the code for the electronic lock on the machine -9659.
Go back to the central room and enter the code toopen the chest.
After the cut-scene, you will receive anelevator button, which will allow you to go down to thebasement.
Your next goal is to obtaintwo ringsthat will allow you to fire up the door in this room.
How to get two rings?
Enter the elevator, use the new button andgo down to the basement.
While in the elevator, your radio will start receiving agame showtransmission.

Upon reaching the basement, proceed toroom 02through the demolished wall, and from there toroom 03.
Squeeze through the window and the crack in the wall toroom 04.
On the bloodstained table in room 04 you will find acopper ring.
Watch the cut-scene - from now on you have toescort Mariaagain.
Go down thelong corridoruntil you reach theswimming pool.
You will geta lead ring.
Exit through thecloakroomto the central corridor and head to theelevator.
How to escape from the Pyramid Head?
Go down the long, red-lit corridor.
Watch thecut-scene, and after it ends, you will have torun away from the Pyramid Head.
The chase is a scripted sequence.Don’t stop or look back- keep sprinting through the corridor,following Maria.
When you approach it, you will automatically trigger a cut-scene that will end the chase.
You return tothe first floor of the hospital, you are safe now.
Go to thereception deskand pick up thefront door keylying next to the window.
